MSC Corporate Academy is a fully accredited further education provider offering quality diplomas, certificates, using the latest technology. Programme offerings include Human Resources, Management, Marketing, IT, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Wholesale & Retail, Project Management, Public Relations and Public Finance.
Having been around for over three decades, the MSC Education Group is one of the largest names in education in South Africa. Our offerings cater to the student market as well as corporate institutions. MSC supports the Government’s skills development and youth employment initiatives.
MSC is a multi-SETA accredited training provider with sound experience in implementing, executing, and controlling learnerships, Internships and Work Readiness Training Programmes. In line with this, MSC Corporate Academy offers several work readiness, skills and short courses that are aimed at school leavers as well as employed learners. Qualifying companies can either apply for grant funding or claim back tax rebates and wage subsidies for training and learnership programmes undertaken by them.

Narusha’s experience in the Financial Industry spans 13 years this, coupled with her 6 years diverse knowledge and expertise in the BBBEE led to her being appointments as Managing Director of MSC Corporate Academy, Director of BEE Online Group and Non – Executive Director of Gage Car Rental. The saying “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.” is something she lives by for she believes wholeheartedly in the upliftment and empowerment of people.
She is proud to be a champion of Transformation, skills development, and Employment Equity, having managed legislative obligations, occupational banding, and reporting. In her role, she is responsible for leading, training, analysis, finance , overseeing the implementation and management of learnerships, bursaries and any sort of training , providing solutions and planning on every aspect of the BEE Score card and in the various sectors and related legislation .
Her desire to ensure that individuals showcase the best version of themselves in their various roles, while managing with a firm but fair approach has led her to be the charismatic leader she is today. As learning is a continuous process, she continues to upskill herself in the various legislation relating to BEE to ensure that clients are given the best guidance and advise when it comes to B-BEEE.

In his capacity, Luzuko oversees the recruitment process, ensuring that MSC Training Services acquires top talent that aligns with the organization’s vision. Additionally, as a Senior Facilitator, he leverages his extensive HR knowledge to deliver high-quality training sessions. Luzuko’s educational journey reflects his commitment to professional development. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, and Business Management from the University of Fort Hare and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Atlantic International University.
Prior to joining MSC Corporate Academy, Luzuko played a pivotal role as a Senior Human Resource Facilitator at MSC Business College. During his tenure, he distinguished himself as an ambitious, diligent, and proactive team player. His contributions were instrumental in the success of various HR initiatives.
